- The conclusion of rental contracts is carried out on behalf of and under the authority of the respective owner. The rental contract is concluded with the booking confirmation.
- The rental conditions and the payment of the rental price result from the rental agreement.

- A booking can be canceled free of charge up to 61 days before arrival, after which the following payments are due:
- 20% of the rental price if canceled within 30 to 60 days before arrival.
- 40% of the rental price if canceled within 15 to 29 days before arrival.
- 60% of the rental price if canceled within 8 to 14 days before arrival.
- 80% of the rental price if canceled within 2 to 7 days before arrival.
- 100% of the rental price if canceled one day before arrival or if no arrival.
- The guest is liable for damage to the rental property caused by him, his relatives, animals brought with him or by visitors. He is responsible for the rental property during the rental period - especially with regard to securing windows and doors - and has to keep it in a tidy and clean condition.
- Surrendering the apartment to third parties, accepting other people than those specified in the rental agreement or bringing pets (if allowed in the property) requires the consent of the landlord. The landlord is entitled to refuse these people or animals. Should an additional person or animal be approved, fees may apply.
- The landlord is entitled to terminate the rental contract with immediate effect and to request the guest to vacate the property if the guest seriously violates his duties of care for the rental property.
- The guest can immediately request remedial action from the owner if he justifiably complains about defects in the rental property. The prerequisite is that he reports the defect immediately. If the guest fails to make an immediate complaint, he loses his rights to remedy, reduction or compensation. The remedy can be refused if it requires a disproportionate effort.
- The tenant can usually move into the holiday accommodation from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. Other times only by prior arrangement. On the day of departure, after prior acceptance by the landlord, the tenant will hand over the apartment, tidy and "swept clean" and disposed of garbage and empties by 10 am at the latest. If the holiday property is left in a disproportionately unclean condition, the landlord is entitled to charge an additional cleaning fee.
- Should any of the preceding provisions or parts thereof be or become ineffective, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. In such a case, the ineffective provision will be replaced by one that comes as close as possible to its economic meaning and purpose. By signing the booking form, the guest accepts the booking conditions as binding.
9. The company headquarters are agreed as the place of performance and place of jurisdiction.
